We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Derméa is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. 30-Day Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Derméa products. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
